2008/2009 Pond Jokers Ice Hockey Season
(Full Equipment Required)
Season will run October 04, 2008 to February 22, 2009.
Each team will play once game per week (on occasision 2 games).
Each team will have 9 home games and 9 away games.
Program costs includes jersey and matching socks.
Ages 11-16 are welcome to come evaluate.
All players must attend an evaluation to ensure their jersey is ordered.
Evaluations: Saturday, September 13 & 20, 2008 10:40-11:40am
Cost: $825 Per Player.
If paying by credit card $412.50 will be processed at evaluations and the 2nd payment of $412.50 will be processed on October 01, 2007.
If paying by cash or check full $825 is due at evaluation with your registration, or a post dated check can also be attached to the registration form dated for November 01, 2008
All players must be regsitered with USA Hockey. Parents can do this at usahockey.com after May 01, 2008
All confirmation sheets need to be given to Cindy Zaremba or emailed to cmzaremba@aol.com prior to September 01, 2008

2008 World League In-House Spring/Summer Hockey Program
(Full Equipment Required)
Games and Practices will be held on Monday through Thursday evenings.
Season will run May to mid-August 2008 and include 10 games, 2 practices and 1 playoff game.
Each team will play once a week.
Medals will be given out to the top 3 teams in each division.
Program cost includes jersey
All players must attend an evaluation to ensure their jersey is ordered.
Cost: $170 Per Player
There will be no sibling discount & no prorating of fees
